Fresh and crisp it seeps out red.
Flowing fast at first then slowing as it clots.
An almost unbearable pain accompanying.
Slowly it heals and scars
But many more appear.
Caused by different things
All equally painful.
These are the cuts that hurt the most.
They are the deepest.
These emotional scars.
